The programs or majors that are offered at a college depend entirely on the college itself. Christian Universities, as a category, offer the same majors or degree programs that Secular or state schools offer, but no one college will offer every degree. It is not a question of Christian or Secular school; it is a question of what degree program.
Generally speaking, bigger schools offer more degree programs, so usually the state schools will have more diversity in what one school can offer. However, that's not to say that a Christian university will not offer the degree you are looking for or have a wide selection to choose from. Most schools will offer popular degree programs, such as Business, Psychology, and Education.
That said, not all degree programs are created equal at a college. Some schools are known for their excellence in a particular degree area over others. That does not mean that their other offered degree programs are not good, merely that they are exceptional in one specific area. If you already have an idea of what major you would like to study, look up what schools are known for that degree. There are bound to be excellent options of both Christian and Secular Universities for any given degree program.
Christian Universities will be the more favorable school if the degree you are looking for is something like theology or ministry. Secular colleges will probably have options for religious studies majors, but likely the focus will be more broadly towards religions in general, not Christianity specifically. If you are looking to become a pastor or preacher, then a bible college or seminary is the way to go, not necessarily a Christian College.
An important difference to note is that some Christian Colleges require a student to take a certain number of Bible/theology classes while enrolled at the University. Some even put all the required Bible courses into a minor, so that when the student graduates they will have acquired a bachelor's degree in the major of their choice and a minor in Bible/theology. Not all Christian Universities do this, of course, but check the website or with the admissions department of the college you are interested in to find out for sure.
