Ideally, there is an overarching focus on God, Jesus, the Bible, and learning to see truth in every aspect of life and learning. How that is presented in each subject or class will vary by professor, subject, and students. In terms of focus on subjects or disciplines beyond that, the answer comes down to the school or the major being pursued.
Some Christian colleges may specialize in certain areas and push those academic tracks more than others. It is also not uncommon for Christian Colleges to require a certain number of theology or bible classes. Based on the major and possibly the concentration that a student pursues, certain subjects will most definitely be more heavily focused on than others.
However, to say that there is a more specific focus on a subject or discipline that applies to Christian colleges in general is not so easy. Aside from the focus on Christianity and maybe some bible/theology classes, a focus on a specific subject or discipline will come down to what college it is. Be sure to discuss that with the admissions department of the school that you are looking into.
